We offer worldwide shipping. All orders can be delivered to most countries and regions globally.
Processing Time
All wedding dresses are custom-made to order.
Production Time: 3–5 weeks (21–35 business days)
Orders are processed only after payment confirmation.
Once production is completed, your order will be shipped according to the selected shipping method.
Order Cut-off Time
Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (HKT, GMT+08:00).
Processing:Orders placed after 5:00 PM HKT will be processed starting the next business day.
Total Estimated Delivery Time
Total Estimated Delivery Time = Production Time + Transit Time

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number.
Tracking information is typically activated within 24 hours after shipment. You can track your order using the provided tracking link.
Delivery Information
We aim to ensure all orders are delivered within the estimated timeframe. However, delivery dates may vary due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

- Public holidays
- Logistics disruptions
- Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages
If your package is significantly delayed, marked as delivered but not received, or appears to be lost in transit, please contact our Customer Support team as soon as possible. We will coordinate with the carrier to assist in resolving the issue.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping costs.
