- Eligibility: This custom embroidery service is available **exclusively for wedding dresses and veils purchased at our store**.  
- How to order: Please add the embroidery service to your cart **at the same time** when you purchase your dress or veil.  
- Turnaround time:  
  - We do not accept embroidery-only orders for dresses or veils purchased from other stores.  
  - For new dress/veil orders placed at our store: base production time of the dress/veil + 5 extra days for embroidery.
- Thread color: Included (choose from white, ivory, champagne, blush, or soft gray – other colors available upon request)  
- Rush service: Available upon request – please contact us for a quote.

 Will embroidery damage my dress or veil?

Not at all. Our artisans use ultra-fine needles and delicate techniques designed specifically for bridal fabrics (tulle, lace, satin, chiffon). The stitching is gentle, secure, and can be removed by a professional if needed — though we hope you'll treasure it forever.
